Looking for a distribution of GNU/Linux with a rolling release? Tired of systemd? Arch is no good? Want free software only? Well check out Void Linux! It is a rolling release distro like Arch, using the runit init system. Non-free packages are in a separate repository and is disabled by default. The only out of the box issue void has is that they ship a kernel with non-free binary blobs. That and some of the default wifi-packages are non-free.

With the following guide. You can easily install a libre kernel on void linux and remove any extra non-free bits.
